Food was nothing like the photos...
Tables not wiped. Food on floor everywhere, tables still had food on them.
Don't think I'm ever going to eat Wendy's ever again.
The people in there are LAZY! The CUSTOMERS had to clean there own tables. The trash needed taken out and it still wasn't. The ketchup was empty, after multiple people telling them their ketchup was out, they still didn't replace it; nor did they ask any customers if they wanted ketchup packs. You had to do it yourself. Poor Poor Poor management. Considering the manager kept announcing she was off the clock and she wanted to go home. The Hamburgers were very raw, my family didn't even finish theirs. This place used to be pretty good. Not any more. I've never seen such lazy workers in my life.
Water leaking from ceiling into a trash can.
Food is normally good, but my boyfriend went thru to pick up food on his way home from work and he sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one even took his order. It was 11 o'clock at night and the lobby was already closed, so no customers were inside. However, the girl that's usually working the window when I go is very friendly, must've been her day off. I've waited at the window before, but never for 10 minutes because I'm not that patient and drive away after about 3. Ridiculous. Losing customers. Good job, Wapak.
We ordered 2 salads that we have had at a Wendy's closer to home that were delicious but were not at this location. Cheap iceberg lettuce vs dark leafy greens at our home location and the pesto and humus was a smaller amount. Iced tea was strong and bitter.
Inside a total mess.
Ordered a simple hamburger only ketchup, got home they had messed it up. Drove all the way back, manager didn't even try to ask if I had an issue. Had to wait on cash register worker.... Idk who trains there management or there regular employees but its piss poor.
