Also had cooks come out on 7-6-16 due to my inside ac coil leaking water down thru my furnace onto the floor in my basement. I had an hvac buddy of mine look at it when he was home for a few mins, he told me he thought something was wrong with the pan the catches the condensation off the coils and takes it to the drain line. I told the service tech this information. He said he thought it was low on freon and was freezing up. Now mind, you , the ac never got warm in our house and it kept the house the same temps it had been. I would think when an ac would freeze up, your house would get warmer and wouldn't be able to cool itself properly. Well he put 4lbs of R22 in it and cleaned the condensor coils. I waited a few days and water was still dripping thru my furnace, which isn't good with all the electronics getting wet. So I called them up again. Brian came out, said Pan was broke. Said he could get a new one in a week or so. Well 2 1/2 -3 weeks later I never heard back from them, so I called in. Brian said , i got the pan, will be out Wednesday. Well that was 3 weeks ago. No call no nothing. I wanted Brian to do it himself, as I've had two of his guys come out and not get stuff fixed! Who has hundreds of dollars to waste on guessing games? I don't! When I called, Brian said "I've been busy with big jobs". Well thats nice, I'm waiting while water is all over my furnace. He said, you want me to do it and not one of my guys so you'll have to wait. And obviously my business doesn't mean anything to him. Well why can't one of his guys, do his big jobs? I'm going to end up owing them around $500 for this fix, when it didn't fix the problem.

I called cooks after purchasing a new toilet and after installing I had large air bubbles coming back up thru the toilet. That is a sign of a vent pipe being clogged. Well they came out, and said my pipe going into my septic that had a coupling on it was running up hill and that was the issue. I hesitated to and I didn't think that was the issue as that is atleast a 3" pipe and will not be completely full with a flush of the toilet to the point it would create a vapor lock. Well needless to say, that didn't fix it. The owner, Brian had to come out and fix it. It needed a few pop up check valves to allow the flushing toilet air to breath. Apparently there was no vent pipe. So ended up paying for stuff that didn't fix the problem.
