I am on the road 3/4 of the year. I had a problem with the billing and the young lady took care of the problem immediately. I think the billing problem was because of the travel agency. Anyway, very clean rooms, friendly service, shopping galore. Restaurants, shopping, Walmart and bonus points from me for a Lowes next door. These are all within 1 mile of the hotel. The hotel is easy to get to. If you are in a reasonable driving distance this is a really nice place to stay.
Nice location has a lot of restaurants sit down and fast food nearby as well as Wal-Mart. Nice, clean, modern rooms that accommodate well. Small but nice gym setup, heated pool also (although it was salty). Staff very helpful and attend to what they can.
Had to call twice to get room cleaned. Finally cleaned between 6 and 9 when we went out to dinner. Wonderful decor, not one item on walls in entire hotel. Elevator was only broke for half a day. Will drive an extra 20 miles to stay at Holiday Inn express in Sidney. I am a Spire member so know the hotels.
Located right off the highway, nice rooms and beds. Kinda small. Many outlets and nice TV console. Breakfast was average for selection but good on quality. Nice pool and lobby. Friendly staff. 4* out of 5*
Hotel is great! Very clean and quiet. Looks to be recently remodeled. I checked in Late. Once I got to the front desk I was "greeted" by Linda. Well, let's just say either she was having a bad day or there is a reason she is on the night shift. Zero customer service! The last thing a tired traveler wants to deal with when all they want is a bed. Let's not let Linda get in the way of how nice the hotel actually is though. Our stay was very comfortable.
